Adult CPR
Learn how to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in people 8 years
and older. Learn rescue breathing, clearing and obstructed airway, and performing
one rescuer CPR for an adult victim. One

Aid training for everyone! Learn how to treat cuts, scrapes, bruises, and burns,
control bleeding, and minimize shock. Also, review first aid for injuries to bones,
muscles and joints, and sudden illnesses. Those needing certification need to have a
current CPR certificate (Red Cross or equivalent) 4 Hours (Satisfies minimum OSHA First
