A Message from Mechtild Kosin, Chapter Chair

To the Members of the Adams County Chapter American Red Cross:

One year has passed since our last meeting, and what a year it has been!

We all can and should be very proud of our excellent, dedicated staff, our wonderful group of volunteers, and our community partners. But we add more people this time: our regional chapters! Our status as a Regional Chapter was solidified; however, there were some reach challenges – we needed to find a new executive for one of our chapters, and we needed to consolidate and merge some chapters in order to maintain a strong region, providing the very necessary services our communities need from us!

Many meetings were held between boards, staff and volunteers, all to assure the regional communities of our continued assistance. This big project is moving ahead, however, it is moving slowly!

All the people involved in our regional chapter efforts truly are A CUT ABOVE THE REST!!!

I look forward, confident that our regional efforts will bear good fruit! Thank you all for allowing me to serve as your Chapter Chair.
